This
low carb section is different from the rest of icandodinner for a
couple of reasons.
Firstly, it's a special request section, stemming directly
from my food blog. A dietician asked me to consider putting up a weekly
menu for some of her clients.
Secondly, it will take some time to put together enough
recipes following the icandodinner formula: easy, delicious, and ready
in under 30 minutes, preferably 20 or less.
Thirdly, on a low carb diet, a sandwich is not a quick
lunch option!
