This works just as well with turkey
cutlets.
Pork and Beans
For two to three people, you will need:
3 pork chops
1 410g/14 oz can baked beans
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon oil
1 can water
Trim excess fat off the pork chops. Open the can of baked beans. Heat
the oil in a good nonstick deep pan or shallow pot. Brown the pork
chops on both sides. Add the baked beans, brown sugar and ketchup. Fill
up the can with water and add that as well. Bring to the boil, then
simmer for about 20 minutes for the pork to cook through properly.
